From Monday 2 November, a revision of the template clinical trial agreement (CTA) is available on the CCMO website. This concerns version A, intended for agreements between sponsor and participating centre. The changes consist of clarifications resulting from users’ experiences and questions. This makes the template even better aligned with practice and further supports its use.
The CTA is a template for industry-sponsored research under the CTR, WMO, IVDR and MDR, and has been endorsed by all parties involved. Using this template saves sponsors and participating centres a lot of time. For more information, please also read the news item of 24 February 2025.
