B6. CCMO form Notification end of study
All WMO research brings with it a number of obligations required by the positive decision obtained. This includes reporting the end of the research to the review committee.
If the research is terminated prematurely, a reason must be given. The CCMO form Notification end of study may be used for this purpose.
In the case of international research it is required you also give the international end of trial date if this differs from the end of trial date in the Netherlands. For research with a medicinal product it is required you use the EudraCT form End of Trial.
