Code of Conduct for Health Research

COREON (Committee on Regulation of Health Research) has drawn up the Code of Conduct for Health Research. This is a Dutch manual for the responsible handling of (personal) data and human tissue in health research. For health research, the code further explains the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), the GDPR Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet AVG) and the Medical Treatment Act (Wgbo). In addition, the regulations of the Human Tissue Bill (Wzl) have been taken into account.
