Proof of payment of fee
In this section in CTIS, a document with the invoice details must be submitted for the Netherlands.
In the Netherlands, the fee is collected after the clinical trial application has been submitted in CTIS. Proof of payment of fee in advance is therefore not necessary. For each initial clinical trial application and substantial modification, a document containing the invoice details must be submitted in the Proof of Payment of fee placeholder in CTIS. The sponsor is responsible to provide us with the correct invoice details that are required by their own organization to process the invoice The CCMO then sends an online invoice that must be paid within 30 days. When the invoice details are incorrect, the sponsor is responsible to timely provide us with the correct information.
