Results other clinical investigations
For other clinical investigations (MDR article 82) or investigations for which a review committee has given a positive decision prior to 26 May 2021, you are required to submit a summary of the results of the investigation to the review committee (accredited MREC or CCMO) within one year of the (premature) end-of-study of the investigation (worldwide).
This may be a scientific publication or a summary of a final report. You are required to upload a pdf file of this summary in ToetsingOnline as part of the investigation file concerned.
Has the file already been archived in ToetsingOnline? If so, please send an e-mail to support@toetsingonline.nl with the request to remove the file from the archive. After removal of the file, you may upload the results.
The results of the research will be made public in the CCMO register 15 days after uploading the summary, unless the submitting party has filed a motived objection.
