Wet signature obligation on decrees suspended until further notice

As of March 20 2020, CCMO letters and CCMO decrees will temporarily not include a 'wet signature'.

The obligation for accredited MRECs and CCMO to sign decrees with a 'wet signature' has been suspended until further notice. This is due to the restrictive measures imposed by the coronavirus outbreak, as a result of which in many cases it is not possible to sign decrees at this time.

All accredited MRECs have been notified of this temporary provision by CCMO. The MREC/CCMO will state the reason for the absence of (wet) signature on the decree in the email notifying the researcher of the decree.

For researchers, the obligation to sign the cover letter with a wet signature is also temporarily suspended. For more information please read Digital submission.
