ToetsingOnline is an internet portal for the submission, review, registration and publication of medical research involving human subjects. In ToetsingOnline a digital research file containing the ABR form can be created. You can ‘submit’ your research file to the ethics committee. The ethics committee can then start a digital review of your file. The progress of the review can be monitored in the portal.
